Tom Gemmill
Episcopal Team Leader
Tom Gemmill has more than 20 years of experience in Stewardship, Giving, and Growth Programs for the Episcopal Church. His personal involvement includes serving as Minister of Giving, Senior Warden, Treasurer, leading Capital Campaigns, Annual Giving Programs, Strategic Planning, Visioning, By Laws revision, and has served in many other capacities. He knows the Episcopal Church inside and out — from the big picture to the crucial micro projects.
Tom is Kirby-Smith’s lead person in instituting and managing the exciting work produced by the Gallup organization on creating an engaged church that is so important to church member growth. New strategies, validated by Gallup studies and surveys, will double the number of volunteer hours served per week, increase the likelihood of inviting others to church events tenfold, and triple your giving.
