In our ongoing effort to provide churches with continuing education on stewardship, Kirby-Smith Associates has developed the Stewardship in Action Workshop geared toward pastors and church leaders that is ecumenical in outreach. Covering the importance of time, talent, and treasure, presenters focus on practical and effective ways for growing stewardship in your church and for capturing capital giving long-term. Each offers a different aspect of stewardship based on experience and rooted in spirituality.
Kirby-Smith Associates has hosted eleven successful Stewardship in Action Workshops in the United States and Canada.
- Past attendees have come from 28 states and Canada, more than 500 individual churches, and numerous denominations.
- The national faculty consists of more than 30 presenters.
- 20% of workshop attendees are clergy/pastors.
- More than 10% of participating churches have attended more than 1 workshop.
- More than 10% of churches served by Kirby-Smith Associates have also chosen to continue stewardship education by participating in the workshops.
- Workshop agenda, materials, and location are always first-rate.
- Attendance size is purposely limited.
